The new term is upon us as promised. In order to create a strong school-opening atmosphere, ensure the orderly progress of all work, and further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of head teachers' work, on the morning of February 14th, the Junior High Department of the east campus held the head teachers' working conference with the theme of ‘Sailing Again’ in the school lecture hall.
Specifically, Deputy Director Xu Lihong reviewed and summarized the work highlights of class management in the last semester, affirmed the efforts of the head teachers, made unified arrangements for the work of the head teachers in the new semester, and provided constructive guidance to the head teachers in terms of registration process, pandemic prevention and control, daily work routine, students’ safety education, the formation of students’ behavioral habits, home-school communication and so on.
On the whole, the conference further clarified the meaning and direction of  head teachers’ work, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the work in the new semester. Therefore, the head teachers expressed that they would shoulder responsibility and take responsibility, work meticulously and devote themselves to educating people.
